How do I reserve a wine tour?
Once your preferred date is confirmed as available, we’ll collect a few details to begin planning your tour. A credit card is required to hold the vehicle, and a 50% deposit is charged once the itinerary is finalized and approved.
How long do wine tours typically last?
Most wine tours run for approximately four hours, which allows time to visit multiple wineries while enjoying a relaxed pace.
What are the recommended start times?
Typical start times are 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Most wineries close around 5 PM, so beginning within this window helps ensure enough time for tastings at each location.
What information do you need to plan the tour?
To finalize your tour, we’ll need a few details including:
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Estimated number of guests
- Preferred tour start time
- Whether you’d like assistance selecting wineries

Can we bring food or snacks on board?
Yes, light snacks are welcome on board if you would like to bring your own.
Can we drink wine in the vehicle?
On-board wine consumption is permitted only with prior approval and requires a Banquet Permit, in accordance with Washington State Liquor Board regulations. Our team can help guide you through this process if needed.
What should we bring for the tour?
Many wineries are also production facilities and can be cool year-round, so bringing a light jacket or wrap is recommended.

Yes. We can arrange for different pickup and drop-off locations, such as starting at a hotel or residence and ending the tour at a restaurant or another destination.
