Tour Types
All Inclusive Tours:
Includes experienced tour guide, 4 hours of door-to-door transportation, tasting fees for 3 locations, bottled water, driver gratuity and tax.
Rustic Picnic Wine Tour:
All the amenities of our inclusive tour plus a handmade Tuscan-inspired picnic in convenient travel-safe packaging.
Sample Menu: Marinated olives, rustic bread & herbed butter, beetroot salad, Tuscan nuts, Umbrian Farro and kale salad, country-style pork terrine, chicken pate, smoked salmon deviled eggs, Tuscan cookies, and Sicilian cannoli.
Bachelorette Wine Tours:
All the amenities of our inclusive tour plus a mini-picnic featuring rustic crostini, hummus, marinated olives, and handmade cheeses.
Kick-off the party with your first stop at Woodinville’s new foodie hotspot, The PicNic Table. Enjoy a sparkling Prosecco cocktail paired with a delicate amuse bouche (small bite) created just for you by Chef Danilo Amato. From there, we’ll grab your picnic and head out for some “serious” wine tasting!
DIY Tour Transportation:

Helpful Information For Your Tour Planning
Once the date is confirmed as available, we will need some items from you.
Before any bookings or reservations can be made, we must have a credit card provided to us to hold the vehicle and to charge 50% of the day once finalized and agreed upon by client.
The pick-up address, and the drop off address. These can be different if you would like to be picked up at one place and perhaps left at a restaurant at the end of the day.
The four-hour time frame (typically) for the tour. Recommended times are 11am–3pm, noon–4pm or 1pm–5pm. It is very important to know that most wineries close at 5 pm; therefore, the tasting day needs to begin at the above recommended times to accommodate all the stops and client return.
The number of guests you anticipate having on board
Most wineries do not allow outside food on premise due to Health Board rules.
Prior approval by Butler as well as the procurement of a Banquet Permit, for any on-board wine consumption – a Washington State Liquor Board law.
We welcome light snacks on board, should you wish to bring your own items
Many wineries are also production sites and tend to be chilly year–round. A light wrap is recommended.
