Win a weekend getaway with Visit Bellevue Washington

Contest time!

Spring has sprung and it’s time to share your favorite photos of Bellevue in Visit Bellevue Washington’s contest for a chance to win dinner at The Calcutta Grill, an overnight at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and having your photo featured on Visit Bellevue!

Settled between the Cascade Mountains and Lake Washington, it’s no secret that the fair city of Bellevue was named after its “beautiful views.” In honor of the spring season, Visit Bellevue is launching a contest to see who can capture the city’s most beautiful view, or “BelleView” (oh, how we love a good pun!).  The winner will receive a weekend getaway that showcases our scenic vistas, along with a healthy dose of wining and dining, of course.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

•   Snap a shot of your favorite “BelleView.” This can be anything you deem fit, as long as it was taken within        Bellevue city limits, or depicts a view of the city taken from outside city limits.

•   If you’re on Instagram, follow @VisitBellevueWa and upload your photo. Make sure to tag it with #MyBelleView and a description or caption.

•   Also email your entry to contest@visitbellevuewashington.com with caption and your full contact information including your full name, phone number and email address.

•   If you’re not on Instagram, you can just email it to us as instructed above and we will upload for you.

•   You are allowed to enter as many times as you like! Feel free to tag us (@VisitBellevueWa) and use other Bellevue tags like #visitbellevuewa, #bellevue, #bellevuewa, #bellevuewashington, #hyattregencybellevue, #newcastlegolfcourse, #bellevuepark, #bellevuesquare, #bellevueskyline, and #ilovebellevue.

•   The winning image will be announced May 16, and we’ll also showcase entries throughout the contest.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL WIN:

•   An overnight stay at The Hyatt Regency Bellevue on a mutually agreeable date in the month of May or June 2013; lounge in a deluxe guestroom overlooking the city.

•   Dinner for two at The Calcutta Grill at Newcastle Golf Course. Upon arrival, take in the stunning, panoramic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Rainier, the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, and the Seattle skyline before dining on Pacific Northwest fare with wines to match.

•   The winning photo and featured photographer will be showcased on the Visit Bellevue Washington blog and our social media outlets.

Personally, we think there’s no better “BelleView” than a shot of one of the Mercedes-Benz shuttles dropping off guests at Bellevue’s Purple Café and Wine Bar for a Wine, Buy & Dine!

Good luck to all who enter!

**NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Entering is free. Because this giveaway contains wine or wine related products and services, you must be 21 or older to enter. Employees of Visit Bellevue Washington, and their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to win. Please note that photo entries become the property of Visit Bellevue Washington once submitted and may be used in marketing or promotional materials. The promotion begins on March 29, 2013 and ends on May 14, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The winner will be announced on May 16, 2013.
